The coffee was awful you need to change the bean used. The steak and greens meal was very salty And the voice recognition system the staff are using needs enhancement, they’re wasting time when their requests are not being recognised.

All clinical staff are exceptional. There wasn’t a single person I could fault. They all worked so hard to make me feel well cared for and were always there to offer help if necessary.. There were occasions when I either felt very unwell or had a lot of pain and I was always well looked after.

I had a surgical procedure with general anaesthetic as a day case. The porters who greeted me upon arrival were exceptional. Professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. I observed some patients being greeted who seemed quite dismissive of them, yet they still remained courteous, professional and friendly. My nurse, Rebecca W, was also exceptional. Very efficient, calm and friendly. I also recall a lovely nurse called Liana, who went to great trouble to reassure me as I was very nervous.The young gentleman in the anaesthesia room who greeted me was lovely and very calming. All of the staff I encountered were just lovely and I felt very reassured.

After confirming with my consultant’s Secretary that I wanted to go ahead with the surgery I was told by her that I can’t set a date for the procedure with her ,I had to wait for the Reservations team of Cleveland Clinic to get in touch with me,after two and half weeks I still hadn’t been contacted,it took me a lot of phone calls to the Reservations team ,still without success for a definite date. Finally when I asked to speak to a more senior member of the team I was given a date for my procedure. Why was it so complicated and drawn out for weeks just to set a date?

The staff were all very helpful and keen to put me at my ease. The cubicles in Endoscopy are excellent and having one's own lavatory is excellent for the type of procedure. I also liked the fact that the nurses could easily monitor the patients from the desk due to the layout of the department. I could always see someone so felt safe.

All the staff in the department were lovely.

From entering the clinic it was very welcoming and the staff were very polite knowledgeable and friendly

The nurse who collected me when I went for my procedure and allthe other people involved . Mr haidry who did my bravo procedure made me feel at ease and very relaxed he is exceptional at his work and is a good listener and explained everything very thorough thank you
