The coffee was awful you need to change the bean used.
The steak and greens meal was very salty
And the voice recognition system the staff are using needs enhancement, they’re wasting time when their requests are not being recognised.
Suggested improvements
I would put a cut off on time of discharge. ie. If not by 5 then stay over another night.
The consultant has been excellent at every stage of the way.
Everyone I encountered was very good, most impressed.
