After confirming with my consultant’s Secretary that I wanted to go ahead with the surgery I was told by her that I can’t set a date for the procedure with her ,I had to wait for the Reservations team of Cleveland Clinic to get in touch with me,after two and half weeks I still hadn’t been contacted,it took me a lot of phone calls to the Reservations team ,still without success for a definite date. Finally when I asked to speak to a more senior member of the team I was given a date for my procedure. Why was it so complicated and drawn out for weeks just to set a date?

Suggested improvements
Look above. Also in regards to the day case room,a brand new hospital and they hadn’t thought of a cupboard to hang your clothes and coat in ,just one hook on the wall for everything? The small cupboard was only for folding the clothes not hanging them. A bedside table? Had to put everything on the food table.


Staff were very nice and attentive.
