There are a number of things that were not up to standard

Suggested improvements
At nine thirty in the morning I asked the nurse whether I was going to have breakfast at all! No one had come to ask me what I wanted. The kitchen was actually quite hopeless never on time with any meal, terribly slow even for a cup of tea. I never saw a cleaner until six o'clock in the evening! A nurse changed my bloody sheets. I was meant to stay another night so my room and bathroom should have been cleaned in the morning. A night table next to the bed is a necessity and is available in hospitals that I have been to before.


I have had Professor Cohen previously and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if necessary. I trust him and feel he is the best in the field that I needed


A nurse called Claudine was exceptional with her care and gentleness
