5 * treatment all the way !

Suggested improvements
Food arrived cold .... 1st of stay I ordered soup followed by Seabass . Soup was cold and Seabass only just warm. 2nd day I ordered rib eye steak .... it was more like tough roast beef and very fatty / grisly . Food looked nice when it arrived but didn’t live up to expectations. Also, breakfast menu was quite limited ... a case of style over substance.


I would have liked my consultant to have a face to face meeting instead of telephone consultation when I came back to have my catheter removed 8 days after discharge. However, he explained everything very well ( there was also a mix up on the My Chart appointment e mails that I kept receiving. It said I was to have a meeting with consultant on 13th May at Portland Place .... whereas I was advised previously that I would be seeing him on 12 May at Grosvenor Place after seeing Sarah Wills Lee for Catheter removal)


The room and facilities are the best I have ever seen. All of the staff were exceptional ( especially Sarah Will - Lee who explained everything and was very professional)
