All clinical staff are exceptional. There wasn’t a single person I could fault. They all worked so hard to make me feel well cared for and were always there to offer help if necessary.. There were occasions when I either felt very unwell or had a lot of pain and I was always well looked after.

Suggested improvements
The catering need attention . The menu was not well explained.. After 3 days I started to understand how it worked but initially I was ordering main meals without vegetables. The food arrived on time but hot food was usually cold and most of the time the tea was Luke warm. Items were frequently missing. There was very little variation to the menu. The food was well cooked if the delivery of the food was sorted and the food arrived hot it would be fine. The catering needs to match the marketing of the hospital .


Mr Nathwani was highly recommended to me as being a leading expert in his field and using leading edge techniques. He was very approachable, never appeared rushed and always kept me well informed at each of my meetings with me. I certainly met my expectations.


I liked the ambience of the hospital. It felt relaxed informal and the staff were very positive even if they experienced technical problems
