The overall experience as an inpatient at the hospital was impeccable. The team of nurses were very kind and caring. I can tell they were passionate about their work. I want to especially thank nurse Wilma S, at the DDSI on the 5th floor, who provided top class care and for her kindness. I also want to thank the nurses during the night shift. I have forgotten their names as I was too weak and tired during the 12 hours after the surgery. The facilities at Cleveland clinic hospital were fantastic and very clean. A truly 5 star experience and care provided by the staff.

Everyone from the consultant, nurses, porters , ,admin wee exceptionally helpful. I was very nervous regarding my treatment and all went out of their way to listen. talk and help

I was very well looked after and cared for by each member of the the nursing team and others around as well. This has certainly helped my recovery to be quicker and smoother. Couldn’t have asked for any better care, kindness from the staff.
Dr Bahn’s team was great too- they regularly checked on me during my stay.

The whole experience at Cleveland was far beyond my expectations. From the moment I was admitted by Abraham, who combined a professional demeanour with tremendous calm and charm, Isaak, who took me to theatre smoothly, through to being discharged today.
The ablation team themselves put me at ease immediately; Chris Walker, Haida, Piers, and of course Simon - all eased my nerves and were engaging, and maintained a lightness of touch that kept me smiling until I was put under. Alisha in recovery was solicitous, friendly, and clearly hugely experienced. Following recovery I was in Lauren’s care, and she was fabulous - friendly, efficient, and totally on top of what she was doing. Jessica, who carried out my assessment phone call ahead of admission, made the effort to stop by my room to introduce herself - again, she was knowledgable, engaging, and friendly. There were others whose names I do not remember, but all were equally brilliant.
There is repetition above because everyone I met was superb. You have a wonderful team with top notch individuals, and I am incredibly grateful to all of them.

The nursing team, both in ITU and on the 5th Floor, were extremely dedicated and attentive. It was especially notable that one always felt foremost a 'person' rather than a 'patient' throughout the experience.
