I had a great experience at Cleveland.
The facility is amazing and modern.
Best of all was the view!
Staff were great especially Cassandra and Erin who really looked after me.
After are and what to expect was well communicated and clear.

Hospital and it’s staff were amazing!!
The nurses looking after me were excellent and were outstanding.
The only issue was to do with booking the procedure but otherwise the hospital is amazing .

I had an incredibly good experience. My nurse, Titilayo Edovia, was an angel. She was professional, kind, sweet and made both my mum and I feel so safe in her care. I have a needle phobia and just talking to her calmed me down. The theatre staff, especially Isaac who took me to the theatre, were so kind and so professional. My doctors Professor Mughal and Ahmed Ziyad, made this experience really comfortable for me and took my worries and phobias into consideration. It’s true that private care in London is exceptionally good when compared to many countries, but I think Cleveland Clinic is probably one of the best in the world in terms of facilities. Especially the level of cleanliness was impressive.
