The overall experience as an inpatient at the hospital was impeccable. The team of nurses were very kind and caring. I can tell they were passionate about their work. I want to especially thank nurse Wilma S, at the DDSI on the 5th floor, who provided top class care and for her kindness. I also want to thank the nurses during the night shift. I have forgotten their names as I was too weak and tired during the 12 hours after the surgery. The facilities at Cleveland clinic hospital were fantastic and very clean. A truly 5 star experience and care provided by the staff.

I am sure there are things that can be improved but during my 1 night stay I received great care so I cannot think of any faults.

Professor Mughal explained my condition and how the surgery will be conducted very clearly and concisely. I was fully confident that I would be in good hands during my surgery.
