High quality service, care and attention

I was scheduled for surgery at 8am and prepared by staff, then near 10am a nurse said my surgery was scheduled for 2pm which she had on her list. I understand things change but would have appreciated being intentionally informed and given an explanation.

Mr Shakir explained everything, answered questions, was confident in a reassuring rather than arrogant way.

Really all the staff were excellent, from surgeon to anaesthatist, nursing, health care assistants and catering staff.
