The below is from an email sent post discharge:
The whole experience at Cleveland was far beyond my expectations. From the moment I was admitted by Abraham, who combined a professional demeanour with tremendous calm and charm, Isaak, who took me to theatre smoothly, through to being discharged today.
The ablation team themselves put me at ease immediately; Chris Walker, Haida, Piers, and of course Simon - all eased my nerves and were engaging, and maintained a lightness of touch that kept me smiling until I was put under. Alisha in recovery was solicitous, friendly, and clearly hugely experienced. Following recovery I was in Lauren’s care, and she was fabulous - friendly, efficient, and totally on top of what she was doing. Jessica, who carried out my assessment phone call ahead of admission, made the effort to stop by my room to introduce herself - again, she was knowledgable, engaging, and friendly. There were others whose names I do not remember, but all were equally brilliant.
There is repetition above because everyone I met was superb. You have a wonderful team with top notch individuals, and I am incredibly grateful to all of them.
