I was very well looked after and cared for by each member of the the nursing team and others around as well. This has certainly helped my recovery to be quicker and smoother. Couldn’t have asked for any better care, kindness from the staff. Dr Bahn’s team was great too- they regularly checked on me during my stay.

The food was great and so was the staff, the food schedule management does have some scope for improvement as it was delayed at times due to confusions and running out of stock for order placed at the time of being served the food.

Dr. Fevzi Shakir is absolutely brilliant. I can’t thank him enough for how smooth and easy the entire experience and process has been given the complexity of the surgery that I needed. I was up and about from the 2nd day after such a major surgery and the recovery is as quick and smooth as it possibly can be. He has always been available for all my queries/doubts and has kept me calm through everything and has provided complete clarity at all times. He has looked after me really well - grateful to have him as my consultant!

The main day nurse (Nurse Charmaine) and night nurse (Nurse Anna) who looked after me during my 3 days at the hospital were truly exceptional. They were always smiling and cared for me as their own! I definitely recovered sooner thanks to their great work. The rest of the team was fabulous too. You guys have an absolutely wonderful team of staff. Keep it up. And my anesthesist (Jignasa) was amazing too - she helped me calm down and took very good care of me before the surgery.
