All the staff were excellent, very helpful, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable I would recommend this optical service to anyone

The staff were very helpful and patient, because it took a good amount of time to pick my frames, and the young lady who helped me was very good. It was a very good experience and I will certainly go there again.

My very first proper eye examination so I was slightly apprehensive, however i was put at ease straight away by the professionalism and care shown by the staff. Everything was fully explained to me before each part of the testing. Very impressed.

I was very impressed with the service I received when I went to the Boots Optician at Robin Park, Wigan. They were professional and very friendly, took time to explain everything and guide me accordinly. I was so impressed I have now made appointments for my husband and father-in law.

Really friendly staff, which were great with the children aswell. Very informative and knowledgeable. Store has loads of free parking. Boots have one of the best available collections of glasses and sunglasses (designer and non designer) on the high street which was the main reason for switching my eye care to the Boots brand.

I had to wait quite a while when I arrived for my appointment, but otherwise had a good experience, with all the staff being very thorough and helpful.
