Boots Opticians St Helens - La Grange Arcade (in Boots)

My eye test was booked for 11.05am and at 11.30am I went in for the consultation. Apologies where made after I enquired if they where running late. Otherwise this would not have been acknowledged. Personally they are always behind with appointments.

Excellent service and one of the few places I’ve been were the prescription is exact. I love the relaxed non rushed atmosphere that is not present in some of the budget opticians. The staff can’t do enough for you and the service is individual. Although it’s slightly more expensive than some, the service you receive far outweighs that. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

All the staff were brilliant and were very friendly. Stephanie was very good with my 5 year old daughter.

It was excellent all round. Just some advice for people who know they are changing their spectacles.... Use the waiting time to choose your new frames so it speeds the process up at the end.

Very professional and knowledgable but friendly too! Nothing was too much trouble and every stage and test was clearly with supporting printed information provided too. I'm so happy with the service they provided I'm already recommending them to family and friends.
