Helpful, friendly, honest and experienced staff. No pushy sales techniques to buy expensive glasses. Just an honest opinion about which ones fit properly and look best. The appointment was for my 10 year old daughter who was well looked after and made to feel at ease.

Excellent service in store but the over 60 offer on the website was deceptive. The definition of "second pair" was misleading. There was no reference to the terms and conditions which were buried in the small print; not a suitable place for an optician to bury them. Spoilt what other wise was a pleasant experience causing us to think twice about spending our circa £1500 elsewhere in the future. To force us to confirm that we have read r terms and conditions before we are able to send this message makes my point. I also object to having to agree that my personnel data can be used before I can send this message which I don't. Having read and completed this form I am more than ever likely to go elsewhere in the future.

The appointment was really straightforward and everything was discussed clearly, including the fact that occasionally I have problems with the lens in my right eye. Further tests were carried out to try to identify the cause of the issue, nothing was found

Great help from Suzanne and Caroline. Lovely lovely people I did go somewhere else last year and had the worst experience. Came back to Chorley this time and it was perfect. Wonderful people. Thank you for everything.

Appointments are aways running late here. My appt time was supposed to be 9.50am I was seen at 10.30. I know this isn't a massive wait, but car parking time is now limited in Chorley. I'm not sure why they are always running late, no explainations are ever given. This is frustrating, as at 09.50 you would assume not many appts are before this time. I understand emergencys happen, but an explanation would be courteous.

On the initial discussion I said That I used a desk top computer around 3 ours a day. This was total ignored, the eye test was done about 4 inches from my face and now I have my new glasses I can not focus on the computer screen. The test felt cold like you just wanted me in an out as quickly as possible. I have used Boot's ever since I've need glasses but never again.
