I returned to Boots Opticians after receiving poor service from an alternative high street chain. I was so pleased that I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday. On arrival I was greeted and had a number of eye examinations prior to my eye test with Philip. This was the most thorough eye test I have ever had as on checking my eye it was discovered I had a scratch on my cornea. I was prescribed eye drops and booked in for a checkup a few days later. Aisha was helpful and patient whilst I chose my new frames which were ready to collect within 10 days. There is a bonus for all Boots customers as you benefit from the points on your purchase. When I collected my new glasses I was seen by Alpa who checked my eye and advised that although the scratch was healed I should continue with drops to prevent my eyes from drying. Excellent help from Amy in fitting my glasses. I will return to take advantage of the prescription sunglasses offer.

I was very pleased with my recent appointment at Boots opticians. I have always used Boots and everything was checked against my previous prescriptions. I needed new reading glass and everything was explained to me, regarding the health of my eyes. I would personally recommend the quality of care, even down to choosing and collecting my new glasses.

Very friendly staff and experienced in helping to choose glasses and fantastic at fitting them when I went to collect them. Very good with children as I had my 3 year old with me and she was given colouring to entertain her. Apart from the appointment starting 10 minutes late I was very pleased with the service. Debra was great, helping me choose frames and dealing with my order.

I have been going to Boots Opticians at Middlebrook Horwich for many years now. I have a few cornea problems and I have always found I have had very good advice from the opticians and optometrists there. Today my eyes were tested by Philip and I have acted on his recommendations. Lisa helped me to choose frames and explained the benefits of various options. They were polite and kind and listened to questions carefully. Full marks all round.

The whole Boots eye test experience was efficient and professional from start to finish, Alpa the optometrist and Debra one of the department assistants made me feel relaxed and helped me choose a pair of glasses that fitted correctly, looked great and above all corrected my aging vision. My first experience with Boots for eye care and yes I wouldn't hesitate in using the Boots eye care service again in the future. Well done Boots great service you offer.
