Boots Opticians Wigan

What great staff you have working at Wigan boots Opticians. They are all very friendly and make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have used Boots and having had spectacles for 65 years they are very professional .I was greeted by Linda on arrival who did all the first test before seeing the Optometrist who was excellent at her job and very helpful, then back to Linda for choosing glasses. The whole experience was very relaxing and friendly, and have persuaded one of my daughters to make an appointment.

Excellent service, couldn't fault it

the optometrist has the patiant of a saint helping me with eye contact lenses. would recommend but only thing the eye glasses selection was awful I did not end up picking a pair you should have more range in the boots only range as I always loose my glasses so I grudge paying for designer

Friendly staff and very informative

When I walked into the shop the shop assistants were friendly. Though I found the optician Firdos Patel cold and unapproachable . She didn’t seem interested or bothered about my concerns. Yes she did her job but I found her unfreiendly and she seemed uninterested..... Maybe it was that my appointment was the last appointment of the day and she was tired. I’m not one normally to complain but as you sent me this questionnaire form I felt the need to raise my concern about your Optician . Please not the other staff in you shop were very friendly and I only wish the optician would have been the same . Many thanks Regards Suzanne knowles

Staff polite, friendly and professional. Excellent communication

Everybody was vey polite and courteous and couldn't have been more helpful.

The appointment was incredibly easy to make on-line. Staff at the opticians were very friendly and helpful giving their opinions on the suitability of contact lenses and what glasses suited me. Very efficient and I was on my way home after just after an hour and a half. Great all round service.
