Outstanding customer service. Helped me trial lenses until I found the right prescription for me.

Was more than happy with our recent visit. Our appointment was four days before Christmas. As we are based in France we didn`t expect to buy at this time. We were however assured that it may be possible for our new glasses to be ready for our return three days after the Christmas. Low and behold three of the four pairs were ready and again were assured the remaining pair would be posted to us in France. Happy to say they have arrived three weeks late at no extra charge. Very pleased indeed and will return for our next check if we are able.
