The director Mark is fabulous, and despite the flatulent optometrist I had a great visit.

The Optometrist took the time to explain the reasons for my prescription clearly, which i was really impressed with.

Fantastic service. They are not my local optometrist, but I keep going back due to the friendly informative staff

I had a excellent service from Clevedon from start to finish. The optometrist was comical and friendly and so were the staff and never felt pressured and explained everything clearly. Will be definitely using Clevedon Boots from now on.

there could have been a lot more feedback during and after the eye test. The information I got was very brief and I could not read the prescription chart. Everyone was friendly and helpful I just would have liked a bit more info on my lens prescription and I also did not get a digital photograph of my eyes which it says I do get on the Boots webpage- why was that ?
