It was a pleasure to meet Ms Bianca Ballard who undertook my eye examination. Bianca was extremely professional and caring and clearly explained all the steps throughout my eye examination, I’d highly recommend her to friends and colleagues.

Helpful, efficient and friendly. I chose my frames and used a prescription from a well known competitor. When my varifocal lenses arrived a week later l found it hard to read. I tried them for a week without improvement. I was given another sight test, new lenses had to be fitted which took an additional week, this was all free of charge. Much time was spent fitting and adjusting and now 4 appointments later I’m pleased and happy. Customer service was excellent with a high level of concern and determination to provide me with the best vision possible. Nothing but praise and would recommend

Their customer service is second to none. They took time to explain prescriptions to me, even though I went back a few times because another optician had given me an incorrect prescription.

Very impressed with all the equipment used. All staff that dealt with me were friendly, welcoming and very professional. Have already recommended to other people.

Choice of glasses have become quite expensive for designer brands, especially when you have a complex prescription... would like to see offers for the more complex prescriptions that would indeed benefit ourselves
