All the staff at the Nailsea branch are great. Very helpful, patient, honest when it came to me choosing a pair of frames as to whether they suited or not, and informative. The service is outstanding and I can't thank them all enough for their advice.

I received an excellent service from both the optician James and the fitter Sue who also asked for help from her line manager Steve because of the special lenses I needed. I have been very pleased with the glasses provided.

I have used Boots Opticians in Nailsea for several years, The reason I keep going back is that the service provided is fantastic, Richard always goes out of his way to help even when I go in several times before my appointment to try and choose some new frames, he is always very patient & friendly, his customer service skills are of the highest quality, today I was also helped by Jenna who took me through the peripheral vision & retina tests, she was vey friendly & professional and explained all she was doing, The optometrist who if I remember was named Paul was great , explaining all he was doing & why , I can't recommend these folks highly enough. I was examined today by Gemma, and specs dispensed by Richard. They are both very thorough in the way they carry out their work, & how they explain the options, and the visit was all the better because of them. Thank you both.

I tried to book a appointment on line first but this asked me to chose a date that then reported that no appointments were available in Nailsea for that date, so I decided to call in and Charlotte offered me the choice of available appointment. First, a young lady (sorry I've forgotten her name) checked me for blind spots on a machine, explaining exactly what was to happen, then pictured were taken of my retinas. The examination was conducted by James who explained the stages of the test, directed me with patience and courtesy, answered all my questions and explained all the many options. After the test I was assisted by Charlotte, who was very helpful in choosing the frames, and as I told her of my expectation and my concerns she guided me with very good advice to the perfect frames for me. Charlotte then made a number of measurements and assessments to get the perfect fit. The following week I collected my glasses and was assisted by Steve, who confirmed the fit and made adjustments for a secure fit while cycling, then talked to me about the way varifocals work, and care of the glasses. During my whole experience at Boots Opticians in Nailsea everyone was friendly, patient, informative, and efficient, so I am confident to recommend them to everyone.
