Totally recommend Regina as her manners and help were of credit to her. She also made my appointment a learning point about my eyes taking the time to explain things I did not know about. Excellent lady and extremely helpful and professional.

It was relaxed and informative at all stages. There was no rush. I felt valued.

All staff helpful and friendly, everything was explained and I had numerous follow up appointments to check I was happy my lens and they were the most suitable for me.

The whole process was very straightforward - I booked the appointment using the Internet option, chose a suitable date and time and turned up. I received a text reminder so I was aware of the arrangement, as I'd been away on holiday after I'd booked. The staff were great, no waiting round - and the optician was careful in explaining all the various tests, even though I attend annually. Very much recommend the Boots services.

Very friendly staff in Newport. I knew what was happening in my test at all times which made that whole thing much more relaxing than other places I've been to. Naomi was very helpful in finding me a lovely new pair of glasses that I'm very excited to pick up. I never once felt rushed and really appreciated that. Overall I would definitely recommend boots in Newport to anyone.

I have being with Boots for a few years I cannot speak highly enough of them they are always friendly& very professional I actually feel valued as a customer , there care is the best I've ever experienced in any opticians I would never change and go elsewhere Newport boots should be five proud of everyone that works on this department , would like to say a massive thank you too Saher Who always sorts out my contact lenses and glasses she's always there for me and I feel that nothing is too much trouble
