I’m as nervous having my eyes seen to as my teeth! However, the staff & optometrist put me at ease & were very caring, professional & knowledgeable -I will use them again & fully recommend. They helped/ advised me & I'm very happy with my new glasses.

Service and staff manner is impeccable, better than Specsavers by a mile. Only issue I have is that I don't receive my yearly reminder as I used to before Boots took over.
