Very friendly staff and calm and efficient service.

I booked my appointment in the morning and was able to get one the same day. I was in and out within 30 minutes, having had my eye test, picked my glasses and paid my bill. It was very efficient and easy, and the staff were very friendly!

Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the two people that helped me yesterday but they were both so friendly and easy to talk to. After my eyes were checked, a lovely gentleman helped me look for frames that suited me. He was very patient (even when I was trying on my 40th pair of glasses) and was very honest about the styles that suited me - he clearly was not trying to just sell me the most expensive pair of glasses. He was genuinely wanting to help me find a pair that suited me. Everything was explained to me and I came away with no questions or issues with the service. A big thumbs up from me - and a massive thank you to the staff who couldn't have been nicer!

Tooting Boots were very friendly and informative. They explained the possibility of issues with my eyes due to ageing and with a specific family condition.

Was seen earlier than my scheduled time. Thhe optometrist was very professional in his approach amd explained the options very well. Was given the option to make an onformed decision.
