Boots Opticians Putney - High Street (in Boots)

Appalling experience do not book here. Booked once they changed my appointment as they'd double booked, re-booked they tried to change it again because the optician "had to go". Very rude both times, no apology. Disgusting customer service. Lost my business.

I was given thorough examination of my eyes. I felt I was in good hands. I totally trusted the process.

The branch in Putney is always very efficient and helpful. On this occasion, my Optometrist - Sania- was a trainee. She was especially good in terms of being very thorough, explaining the various tests, her advice and her overall bed-side manner.
