When I finally got my glasses, as the original were the wrong frames, I was dealt with by kate. She was so professional and pleasant, that I actually ordered a second pair. I was called this time, to say my glasses were in and again kate dealt with me. She couldn’t have done enough for me by making sure both pairs were correctly sitting on my face

Appointment on time, optometrist very knowledgeable, professional, staff very helpful. Nothing to add really, just keep working as it is!!!
