Didn’t like the fact of feeling pressured into buying gold varifocal lens even after saying I wasn’t interested assistant came back with book with demonstration which made me feel uncomfortable as I had to explain that I can’t afford that option in an extremely quiet store so left with out purchasing glasses

Everything was ok except on arrival I was told I didn't have an appointment. I showed her my text message confirming appointment and I was seen. Choosing specs etc was good and no more problems until the following day when I was phoned and asked quite harshly why I hadn't attended my appointment the previous day!

Having previously always gone to the Victoria Street branch and received unsatisfactory service on each occasion, I was expecting more of the same at the North End Road branch. I could not have been more wrong. The service was exemplary with helpful and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this branch highly enough.

The whole team at The Fulham branch are very friendly, helpful and professional. I always recomment them to anyone who needs eye tests/prescriptions of some sort.

My optometrist was brilliant - very clear and very helpful.
