They were incredible. Never had an eye test so informative, helpful, approachable, honest and kind. I was in a real panic as my glasses had broken and they were so helpful. I am indebted to them.

More staff as they were running half an hour late.

I hate anyone fiddling with my EYES!! BUT Everyone - 1) India who carried out the initial tests talked and made me relax more. 2) I was seen by Tom Emuh the optometrist, he was VERY patient at my indescisions, encouraged me and told me how we were getting through the test, normal, expected etc and had a lovely personality, VERY patient & THOROUGH (I saw him last appointment also.) 3)I was helped to make my choice of frames by Sarah, gave me opinion when asked for, suitability/fit shape etc (she also assisted me at my last eye test/glasses choice, super person) NOTHING could be improved upon in my opinion - A* treatment all round.
