Boots Opticians Devizes

Have bought on-line for several years. However this year I decided to use Boots Opticians, Devizes, Market Place. Access is so easy as I could be dropped off ( No parking fee) right outside the door. That alone is quite unusual today. The eye test etc went perfectly. Great deal of help when selecting the frames, excellent variety, colour and sizes. Was expecting to wait 10-14 days for my new specs. In fact got a phone call 4 working days later to say that they were ready for collection.Went in next day, they were then fitted carefully and adjusted to make sure they were comfortable. Altogether it was an excellent experience. The price too, as good as if not better than the on-line supplier. I really cannot fault the service. Thank you all. J.O.

I originally went to Devizes Boots Optician 3-4 years ago on the recommendation of a friend and I've never looked back (no pun intended)! They have consistently surpassed the quality of treatment I received in the past forty years from other local opticians. From Alicia and Rob (contact lens fitting), to Caroline, Crissy, Olivia and others on the spectacles side, every attention to detail is taken for measuring and fitting the perfect frame's size, fit, and colour. I'm very happy to recommend Boots the Opticians, Devizes for offering excellent quality eye products and care.

Very detailed check up which identified previously unknown problem. Reassuring conversation which resulted in hospital referral to pediatric unit at Bristol eye hospital within 3 working days. End result happy - but so glad Alisha (or Alicia?) played it safe. Fantastic, reassuring, professional.
