Nothing could be improved everyone was great and I couldn't have been better looked after. Very thorough and informative consultation and flexible as I needed a return appointment for drops and another examination but all was arranged and I ended up getting it all done in one day. Thank you - I felt I was in very safe hands.

Had to wait about 15 minutes after time of appointment before being seen. Initial appointment was for both eye test and contact lens follow-up. This appointment was cancelled by Boots and when re-booked, the eye test was omitted from the booking. The optometrist was efficient, thorough and friendly.

A really thorough eye test, with time to discuss my medical and family history that could affect my sight. No improvements to suggest.

Both my husband and myself have bad health so take a bit longer time to do things. But the care that was taken with us from all the staff was wonderful, we didn't feel rushed or pressurised in to anything. Many Thanks to all.

The service I received today was amazing. The Consultants, Kim and Robin, were friendly and knowledgable and helped choose my frames. Also the Optometrist Kaye, who was also very friendly, was very thorough and listened to my needs. She quickly identified that I needed a change in my prescription to help with my driving. I would definitely recommend a visit to this branch as I received excellent customer service.
