Excellent customer service. Easy to book. Text reminder was very helpful. Fantastic friendly team, very thorough and knowledgeable. Happy to take the time to talk through any concerns about eye health. I would highly recommend to anyone. I will certainly be using again for my next check up!

I went to Warminster instead of my usual visit to Frome as I needed an appointment quickly. The premises are spacious and modern and the staff are friendly, polite and clearly explain the whys and wherefores of the test you undergo. The optometrist, Aleesha (spelling?), was equally forthcoming and explained clearly the age-related changes I am undergoing. The tour-de-force in service was through Marie. Unexpectedly, a lens fell out of my new glasses and they were repaired the same day in the shop. Not only that, I managed to have older, back-up pairs of specs made functional again.

Really friendly kind and patient staff. And very informative about what they were doing, the equipment and why they use it.
