Friendly personal service

All staff were really friendly but there was no pressure for me to buy glasses on the day. The optometrist took the time to explain what was going on for me in a language which was clear and easy to understand.

Appt on time. Took time to explain findings and showed me images.

I don't think there could be any improvement. Everyone was very professional and nice. I couldn't fault any of Boots staff at all. Well done for customer service 10/10.

I felt the service I received when I went for my glasses appointment (from the reception staff) was exceptional, but this time it didn't blow me away. Still very pleasant though.
