The service I received was superb and Sarah the optometrist is brilliant I was a bit worried about the about my eye sight but after a minutes consultation she put my mind at rest few minutes and came up with a solution This girl is fantastic caring and very professional at her job well recommended

I was a bit worried about my eye sight and being an HGV Driver i thought something wasnt quite right so made i an appointment with my local trusted Boots Opticians , so Monday 4TH September 2017 was my appointment day . The opticians name was Shahid , This guy is absolutely amazing he certainly put my mind at rest after the thorough tests that we went through its the fatigue and long hours i work thats the cause . The other assistants i would like to mention are Maria , Zak and Kirsty and their level of care and customer service, and friendliness to their customers is second to none ..............This is the reason why i go to Boots Paignton the Professional manner and level of care is brilliant and absolutely outstanding the best opticians i have been to by far so a big THANKYOU to you all outstanding as always ,this branch is not only a credit to boots but to the company in general , there is just one thing else i would like to say ........ If Carlsberg did opticians then then Paignton would probably be the best in the world ..

My overall experience was extremely good and the information I received during my eye test and selection of glasses was also excellent. Maria who helped with my selection of frames and lens was very helpful, informative, friendly and polite being professional throughout.

I was very happy with my visit to this store. Maria helped me to choose my glasses and was very patient with me and my very bored children. She listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses.

I was looked after by Kirsty who was extremely helpful in helping me choose my new glasses and also giving me great advice regarding the purchase of 2 extra pairs of glasses along with my new ones.
