Boots Opticians Exmouth

After my husband had a bad car accident and firstly smashed his glasses .I rang boots opticians explained the situation and to be quite honest if you want 5 star customer care this is the place. I was ask to come in the same afternoon picked his glasses and now waiting for them to arrive . The two staff that went above and beyond the call of duty are Karen and Louise .all I can say is Thank you .Thank you so very much . See you both very soon .

Have visited branch with glasses that need constantly tighting. Third visit. Having given glasses to Sarah she tells me that one of arms is bent and has glue on it! And that lens are scratched, spoken with some aggression. Nether of which is helpful or has anything to do with my problem. When pointed out her reply was “well there you go”! She than agreed to replace the frames.
