Boots Opticians Tiverton

Boots in Tiverton have a poor selection of frames compared to other opticians, especially in the lower price bracket. There is not enough selection of glasses with the adjustable nose fixtures. The staff get confused with their own pricing structure for the different type of lenses. I wish I had gone to a different optician and I won't be using them again.

We arrived on time for two pre-booked (half-term) eye tests today only to be told the optometrist wasn't in. Lots of flapping and promises that 'someone' had tried to contact us from one member of staff whilst the other stood by shaking their head as if not hearing the facts. Long journey, time wasted, obviously no management system in place to ensure good customer service or communication. Very poor show indeed.

This was my first visit to boots opticians. A great experience with friendly and competent young people, unlike my former opticians. I chose boots as I had many recommendations regarding their service and I must say all of it was true. Thank you boots.

Seemed like they covered all bases. Most in depth eye test I have ever received. Very pleased.
