I have been using the practice for a few years. I noticed a deterioration in the vision of my right eye. I was not due a test for some time, but after telephoning, one was arranged for me promptly. The overall examination was thorough and I was advised the my specs were not the problem, but that I might have a medical condition. I was immediately referred to the West of England Eye Unit, where it was confirmed that I needed an operation. Full marks to all the staff for such honest and prompt attention. This is an excellent Opticians.

The lady who received me and carried out the initial test was excellent (5 star). I cannot say the same for the optometrist who seemed abrupt and uninterested. I believe my present glasses prescription was measured wrongly (1 as opposed to 1.5 on the paperwork I found when I got home). The results were barely discussed with me and it was assumed that I would buy new reading glasses (1.75 or 2) which I firmly felt were unnecessary and was not given the chance to prove it. I was not given a report of the results that I have previously had.

The staff were very understanding of a 3 year old and his excitement of a new experience. My son has asked if he can have the robot take a picture of his eyes again and his only disappointment is that he need glasses!

I was welcomed, made at home, examined very carefully and then told that there had been no significant change in the condition of my eyes during the last twelve months so that no action was required.

Very helpful and friendly. I have used this branch for many years and would not hesitate to recommend them and regularly send friends and colleagues there.

Ability to book appointments online wasn't easy, ended up on the telephone

Great local opticians, time to spend with their customers instead of like feeling you're on a conveyor belt. Very friendly and helpful..make the experience a nice one. Very informative and professional.
