Good, clear information both during consultation And post service for new glasses

just now Booked two appointments back to back for my partner and I, partner was contacted and advised that her appointment was being cancelled due to the optician not being in, I received no contact and was unable to verify if my appointment had been cancelled as the store do not answer the phone. In the end I rebooked my partners appointment with another company and will be doing the same despite the fact my company would normally pay for my eye test. Substandard service, wouldn't recommend

When I entered the shop I said I had booked my appt online. The staff hadn't turned their computers on so weren't expecting me (it was 9am) and I was left in a dark corner for 10 minutes while they sorted themself out. Had eye test. Optician said one thing but wrote down another so I had to call once home.for clarification. Ran out of time to choose glasses as was hanging around at the start. Staff told me to go to the main Boots as they would have more time for me . Was an underwhelming experience. Will not go back.

We had 3 appointments cancelled due to no locum and annual leave before we finally got to see an optometrist.

Optometrist explained everything as we went along and provided useful answers to my queries.
