I consider the service I received to be very good. My prescription had not changed. My mind was put to rest on the question of cataracts. Previous examination by another optician had predicted a problem arising by now.

Was unable to make appointment on line,but was no trouble in store.The staff are friendly and efficient.The eye test was well carried out and i was informed what was happening and how my vision compared with my last visit.

I have been visiting Boots Opticians for many years now, and have stayed with you because I always feel I have received a thorough examination and helpful service. Although there is an element of "selling", it is nowhere near as forceful as with some companies. I trust Boots in a way that I didn't with a previous company I went to years ago.

Perhaps need a bell on the door to alert staff of someone entering, as I waited a couple of minutes before I was seen.
