The Optometrist, Krisha Mistry was extremely helpful and had to refer me to an eye specialist at West Suffolk Hospital due to me having had a slight bleed from one of the blood vessels at the back of the eye. I found her very professional and thorough and very reassuring. Vincent was extremely helpful with regards helping me around with my wheelchair and also helping me to choose my new spectacle frames. I certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is the first time I have used Boots Opticians in Newmarket, I was with Specsavers and not happy with their service. The Optician was very thorough and very gentle and kind and explained everything as she went along which I liked. I had the 3D scan of my eyes also to make sure there was no early signs of anything that needed attended to which cost £25.00 which I felt was not much for the benefit it would give if something was not quite right. I would happily recommend this Optician, who is resident by the way so you see the same Optician each time. It took about a week for my glasses to come and a week for contact lenses.

The first eye test ive been to and actually had things explained to me properly. Without just sending me to get glasses. They actually showed me the picture of my eye amd explained what was what. I had some worries, but was able to request a call back from the optometrist that done my eye test. He then phoned and reassured me well and gave me peace of mind. Will definitely be going back! Thanks again
