Very professional no waiting prompt appointment

As again I was incredibly impressed by the astounding service I received yet again at boots in mildenhall. Michelle was fantastic when i booked my appointment and told me clearly what exactly was going to happen. Could not have been a more pleasant experience. Rachel was brilliant taking me through the steps before seeing the optometrist, doing the peripheral vision checks and delivering a friendly service. Carrie was very helpful regarding all of the different coatings available on the different glasses I was choosing and helped me choose a tint for my sun glasses. Sarah was amazing, I worry greatly about my eyes and she put at ease that the floaters were normal and made it a very pleasing experience when i was able to read some small print i have struggled with for a while. Catarina and Kirstie were brilliant when it came to choosing frames, they helped me choose a comfy pair that were also, if i say so myself, dashingly good looking frames. Unlike the dentist, I always look forward to my opticians appointments because the service is amazing, something i have never experienced anywhere else. Thank you very much ladies.

The staff at Boots Opticians are second to none in terms of their customer service abilities. The optician was friendly, helpful and offered insights into personal experiences with the lens type I needed. Choosing a new pair glasses can be difficult but the team there were more than helpful in recommending a suitable frame type and also ensuring these would be comfortable in the long term. All the options available were clearly explained to me. The experience was not one of "pay the most and it will be the the best" , rather "what works best for you and is suitable for your needs". Boots Mildenhall exemplify what it is to ensure their customers happiness.

Very professional and thorough. Especially helpful in selecting and fitting new frames within my budget. You could make it a better experience by offering a rock bottom price first and then add on options.
