Boots Opticians Street

This was my second visit; a follow up from eye surgery and again I was treated with perfect care and professionalism from the kind and experienced staff there. The investigation was so thorough and I have absolute faith in their excellence and skill. I feel welcomed there and have the confidence that I can return should I have any sight issues or concerns. I cannot recommend them highly enough and there is nothing that they could have improved upon. Previously, my son got such great treatment there and he convinced me to switch to Boots and I am very glad I did!

I went in after booking my eye test before joining the navy, the meeting was easy to set up and all the staff were very kind and helpful.

All staff very helpful and efficient, especially in helping me choose a new pair of glasses. Can't think of anything to be improved. Very good service.

Just a small comment. I was told appointment would take 40 minutes, which as I was on lunch would have been fine. However, I was kept waiting for 20 minutes, so by the time I had had eye test, chosen glasses and discussed verifocal lenses, meant I was late back to work. Just as well I have understanding boss. Like I said just a small comment that staff should be aware that some customers fit eye tests into their lunch hours.

I've used the opticians for several years. It's much friendly and much more welcoming than it used to be. My parents also now use it based on my recommendation and they both wear glasses or contacts.

Excellent communication from the Optometrist who kept me informed throughout the examination.
