Boots Opticians Swansea - Carmarthen Road

A thorough eye test, but the service is let down by the very poor customer service in the shop.

Eye test and consultation is still the best around. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Welcome and customer service at desk on entrance can be improved.

Today was my first appointment in Boots. And I have to say what wonderful staff they have. Everyone who dealt with me really made me feel really important. Very thorough eye test. Very helpful while I chose a pair of spectacles. And all the bits that I wanted added. I have been to many optitions in the past, but it’s Boots all the time for me now. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

Optometrist was very thorough and listened to concerns regarding health. It was advised by A&E to visit optician, she listened to symptoms and took note of medication and health status. She was very patient with my Dad ho has hearing loss and is 92.

I phoned the opticians due to an emergency. I was seen the following day . Had tests and was given reassurance that all was ok , yet it did hi lightly that I needed future tests. I would recommend them to anyone who has eye problems. Contact lenses are not an option for me due to my problems.

Lowri Rooke provided a really thorough consultation, including useful additional information & explanation with respect to eye health. She was very patient & I didn't feel at all rushed. I trusted her & she came across as a really professional optometrist. I chose Boots because I rate them highly, and Lowri has further reinforced my opinion.

As usual, Lowri and Philip were excellent. Will be back.

Waiting time between the assessment and the eye test was about 30 mins, this is fat to long,it should be a lot quicker All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
