Super professional care from a busy city centre practice. The optometrist took time to discuss my care in detail and was happy to answer any questions.

Explained all my concerns clearly & what i needed to do if things change

I had to cancel my first appointment due to work commitments and it was rearranged very easily with no problems. I had a reminder call day before appointment. On the day I was seen promptly and didn't have to wait. Was given as much time as I required to make a decision and not rushed . A very pleasant experience with good helpful staff at all times. Highly recommend.

Very thorough eye test. Went not only through prescription check but also eye health. I suffer from a rare eye condition and as such am very concerned about my sight. I am always at ease after an appointment with yourselves. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

My appointment with the Optometrist was very thorough followed by very thorough checks by the staff in order to get 2 pairs of new glasses right for me. Very impressed

all the staff were extremely helpful.

Nothing wrong with boots but the optician wasn't very personable. Good at his job biy lacking in the approachable aspect. Was also 20 minutes late in seeing me. I was the first person there at 8:30 in the morning.

Totally professional courteous and most friendly look forward to picking my glasses up
