Boots Opticians Neath

I attended today as I think I may have a detached retina. The optromotist was at lunch , come back in half an hour ,fair enough,I went back and was in the waiting area when the receptionist give her my details as she was back from lunch,she looked at the paper work and told the receptionist to find another opticians that would see me., as they were fully booked, there was one person having a pre test in another room she could at least have spoke to me, I said I have a history in my family of eye problems ,they booked me into their Swansea branch tomorrow.i don’t think that I will be going back there again.

Tried booking an appointment over the phone and it was very difficult

All staff were helpful and friendly. Appointment was on time and no waiting around.

Staff were super friendly and made me understand about my new contact lenses. The optician did a thorough check on them before and after putting them in which made me feel at ease.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Explaind everything they were going to do and did a thourogh examination and explaind everything clearly.

Had to wait a long time for an appointment but once in store the staff were fantastic. We didn't buy new glasses as there was only a small selection of children's glasses available and many of these were too small for him.

The ladies in the opticians were friendly and helpful and gave me honest advice when I was trying on new prescription glasses The optician was lovely, sorry I have forgotten her name! She was so thorough in her examination that I felt confident leaving the test. She recommended a trial of alternative lenses without being pushy which I liked Well done ladies!
