Excellent service Very helpful team Would certainly recommend

The organisation within the branch was very good and appearance, very clean! My first impressions were dampened as I had to wait at the counter for them to finish their conversation which didn't seem to be work related. I am still abit confused as to whether I actually need glasses, I was given a prescription but was told it was up to me. Think I may get a second opinion

Very relaxed atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful and they fully explained what was happening, and when, so you weren't left wondering. The staff took great care in ordering my glasses making sure they had explained the options available, add-ons etc

The staff here are incredibly helpful when you are stuck for choice choosing glasses. I had help from a lovely young lady named Carmen and she most certainly knew her stuff when she was choosing the perfect frame for myself. I felt very at ease whilst going on the very advanced technology with who I think was the manager Rhian. I was even more astonished by the service I was given from the optician himself Gavin. Even better than the young female optican you had there. He went through absolutely everything. Very helpful and certainly knew what he was doing, incredibly professional. I hope to see the same staff when I come back again.

Service was outstanding. By far the most professional optician I have seen who is named Gavin. Clean environment and very polite staff. Recommended highly for sure.

i do not live near this opticians and made an appointment on holiday having left my glasses and contact lenses at home. The optician noticed something unusual in my eye and asked me to follow up with my optician when I got back home and said she would call me to make sure this was done - a great example of going the extra mile to make sure I was ok.
