Boots Opticians Bridgend

Unfortunately I received very poor service from one of the assistants. She made was rude,dismissive and arrogant each time I visited. Be aware this is a Boota franchise shop!! I would of thought that being a franchise they would of made more of an effort to provide a good level of service. I will not be returning

For some reason this tome I didn't receive an appointment reminder. This hasn't happened before

Helpful friendly knowledgable staff very professional. Good choice of glasses will return to order two pairs in a few weeks. Eye test was very through.

Very thorough eye check performed by Boots. I asked questions during consultation and received required information throughout. Optometrist delivered my prescription, providing balanced advice on my eyesight needs. I will continue to use Boots for my future optical needs.

I have been wearing glasses all my life and have used many opticians but have to say yours is the most professional i have ever used will certainly return and recommend
