Boots Opticians Stratford Upon-Avon

Didn't get as far as he eye test. Was so disgusted with the attitude of staff that I walked out. No wonder the place was empty!

Staff could smile more. The optician was very professional but unfriendly - made me feel rushed despite no queue. I felt I was being a bit irritating to her though I was trying to be friendly and cooperative and I usually get on well with people. Maybe I'm just used to an independant optician who sees it as his own business so projects a friendly welcome to his customers. There was no help offered in selecting frames to suit me. I asked the assistant if a pair I picked out suited me, she pulled a not sure face, said she supposed they were ok, didn't think to offer alternatives. I'd go back but prices were good but customer focus needs working on.

After years of trips to various opticians I can highly recommend Boots Opticians in Stratford upon Avon as one if the most thorough I have experienced. Lynn, Natalie and Kajal could not have been more helpful and professional.

Good service. Only comment ( purely personal) the layout of the shop was slightly disorienting due to the shape, position of mirrors and everything in white. It was fine after a minute or two to adjust. Otherwise very good. Optometrist inspired confidence.
