My Appointment 22/5/2019 10.30 Very impressed by all the staff they work as a team very friendly and organised went in for eye test no thoughts of buying glasses,without pressure just good old fashioned customer service came away having spent £250.00 a very happy customer.

First rate visit throughout. Extreme attention to detail and diligence from initially the optometrist and then also the assistants with regard to both the eye test and then selection and ordering of new varifocal glasses. 5 stars and many thanks.

Being a new patient to Boots Opticians, I found the service nothing short of excellent! from my initial contact to make my appointment right through to the dispensing of my my new glasses. All of my questions and choices were explained in full with professional advice giving much needed help in making the right decisions. Comparing to competitors that I have used in then past who do not even compare. I dealt with Juliet whom I cannot recommend enough.
