Boots Opticians Redditch

They see you on time. Not like some opticians in Redditch!!! Very efficient. They recognise you when you go in. They have things ready. Their communication is great. They don't give you the hard-sell. He could have tried to flog me thin lenses. But he didn't. They let you browse. They don't rush you. I can't speak highly enough of them. They know their product and can answer your questions. No way would I go anywhere else.

Ladies in the reception area were amazing with my daughter who has special needs and can be quite challenging. They were fantastic and I was really appreciative. The optician herself seemed impatient with her and didn't speak to her in a child like appropriate way. As such Lyla didn't understand some of the tasks and was therefore more challenging and upset.

It was great, friendly staff and excellent service.

The whole team at redditch boots opticians are amazing, all really friendly and supportive, they’ll answer any questions no matter how simple without making me feel stupid for asking them, Michelle, Fiona, neill and Chloe are the ones who especially stood out to me, making sure I feel comfortable and making sure they fulfil my needs instead of telling me what I need

What a fantastic team, totally professional in all aspects of their customer service. May I take this opportunity to recommend Libby ,she really new her job and how to deal with nervous customers, a perfect delight with a great sense of humour.

It is simple to arrange an appointment. This year I popped in to the branch as I happened to be passing by and got a convenient appointment within minutes. This appointment was in just a couple of days time.

Generally satisfied. A little distraction from outside while in dark room during measurement session.
