Marianne and Nigel have been very helpful in trying sort out my contact lens problems. Marianne clearly knows her stuff and has always offered me options I had no idea existed through the years. I can now see my computer at work as well, something I did think was possible before. Can't recommend them both enough. Thank you!

My pre test was with Hayley P, she was attentive , thorough and personable which was great. My eye test was with Kuldeep, he is the best Optician I have seen over the years, thorough, personable, he explained everything in easy to understand terms and gave me clear advice and options. I didn't feel as if he was trying yo get me out the door for the next patient. Great. Poppy helped me finalise my consultation very professionally. She was very helpful in helping me choose frames. Which I find difficult. She completed the transaction smoothly. Great. Very happy with everyone. Thankyou

My new pair of Reading Glasses are expected 28-10-17 so that will be the proof that all is well but I have full confidence.

The only downside was having to re-enter all the information you already have, such as address and telephone number. This is a pain.

It was a great appointment, they were asking relevant questions and explained everything we were doing and why do we need to do that.
